Two Hour Warm Yin Yoga Session

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style where the postures are held for longer periods of time to create moderate stress on the connective tissues of the body with the aim to improve circulation, joint health and flexibility. All poses are done either seated or reclined. The use of props is encouraged so the body can soften and muscular tension can be eased. We remain in poses for 1-5 minutes depending on the reason we are doing the pose that day.
Listening to your body, making adjustments based on the feedback you are getting in real-time is a big part of the Yin Yoga practice. There is no one right way to do/be in the shapes or poses. It is an imperative part of the practice to be curious, kind and open to possibility especially when you come up against difficult thoughts or feelings. This slow approach is inherently meditative and encourages quiet self-reflection, self-compassion and relaxation. This class suits absolute beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

Move and breathe with intention. Each class in the series builds on a theme and sequence of poses that flow together so you can explore with curiosity and kindness. Some Yoga experience will be an asset.
Saturdays March 9th + 23rd, April 6th, 13th, 20th + 27th at 7.30 am, 9 am and 10.45 am for 75 minutes
In-person Hot Hatha Classes For All Levels
Hatha is the most popular and well-known style of yoga, bringing breath, mind, and body together.
Start your day with movement and presence. This Hot Hatha class helps create space in the mind and body as we practice a sequence of foundational Yoga postures. This class is suitable for all levels of practitioners including absolute beginners.
Wednesdays March 13th, 20th, 27th, April 3rd, 10th, 17th + 24th at 8 am for 60 mins
One to Two Classes : $25 each
Three or More Classes: $18 each
