Hot Hatha Yoga
Hatha is the most popular and well-known style of yoga, bringing together breath, mind, and body. This Hatha class helps create space in the mind and body as we match movement with breath. This class is suitable for all levels of practitioners as variations of the poses are offered.
For this class, the studio is at approx. 36 degrees C. Bring a mat, towel and water.
Hot Yang Yin Yoga
This class is the perfect blend of active and passive. The Yang portion of the class consists of familiar strength-building Yoga poses sequences in a gentle flow. During the Yin portion, we transition into longer holds of seated or reclined postures designed to target the connective tissues of the body to improve circulation, joint health, and mobility.
For this class, the studio is at approx. 36 degrees. Bring a mat, towel, and water. If you have one, bring your bolster wrapped in a towel to keep it from getting sweaty!

Warm Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style where the postures are held for longer periods of time to create moderate stress on the connective tissues of the body with the aim to improve circulation, joint health and flexibility. All poses are done either seated or reclined. The use of props is encouraged so that the body can soften and muscular tension can be eased. We remain in poses for 1-5 minutes depending on the reason we are doing the pose that day.
Listening to your body, making adjustments based on the feedback you are getting from your body in real-time is a big part of the Yin Yoga practice. There is no one right way to do/be in the shapes or poses. It is an imperative part of the practice to be curious, kind and open to possibility, especially when you come up against difficult thoughts or feelings. This slow approach is inherently meditative and encourages quiet self-reflection, self-compassion and relaxation. This class suits absolute beginners and experienced practitioners alike. For this class, the studio is slightly above regular room temperature to create a warm and cozy atmosphere. Dress in layers, so you can make adjustments to your personal temperature. Bring a mat and water.

Hot Flow Yoga
We work with breath and movement in a steady flowing sequence designed with alignment in mind. The class follows a set sequence each week, so you can deepen your exploration of the shapes practice by practice. If you are new to yoga or are getting back into a movement practice, I suggest taking a few Hatha classes to ease into movement and familiarize yourself with the practice. For this class, the studio is hot and set at 36 degrees. Be prepared to sweat. Bring a mat, towel and water.
Restorative Yoga
Think rest, supported relaxation, and dreamy in-between time. Restorative Yoga is a restful practice where postures are held for long periods, typically 10 minutes, while you are supported with bolsters, blocks, and blankets. This deeply restful style of Yoga promotes a meditative state that positively impacts overall well-being. The studio will be a cozy room temperature to promote relaxation. Dress in layers so you can adjust and be comfortable. Bring a mat and water.
