While we aren't an actual Moksha studio here at the Nest, most of our teachers have completed the 500 hour Moksha Yoga Level 1 teacher training (Sarah-Jane has also completed Moksha flow and Moksha Level 2 training) and we strive to live up to all that Moksha Yoga (known as Modo Yoga internationally) is rooted in and stands for. The 7 philosophical pillars are a great place to start understanding what it is about Moksha Yoga that inspires us.

This video is very interesting and informative for the people who don't know about Moksha. I learned many things in this video about being healthy by following exercising tactics especially yoga. I am looking for more videos which enhance health awareness.

Exercise and workout much important on daily basis. Yoga is famous in all over the world and expert tell us it has many kinds of different peoples. We should keep the time for exercise.
